Strawberry Chicken Wraps

2 roasted or grilled boneless chicken breasts
1 package of mixed salad greens
1 lb of strawberries; washed, hulled and quartered
4 sliced green onions
1/4 cup of chopped pecans
4 ounces of crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
Approx. 1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette (or to taste)
6 whole wheat tortillas

Place salad in a large bowl and add all ingredients, except crumbled cheese. Gently toss and coat with vinaigrette. Add crumbled cheese and toss again so ingredients are evenly distributed. Spoon salad down the middle of each tortilla and roll. Slice each salad wrap in half. Help keep wraps closed by using toothpicks, but remember to remove before eating. Adding extra strawberries never hurts!
